Shipping & Delivery

 

Every ANITABEL order is prepared with the utmost care before it leaves our atelier. Below you will find everything you need to know about how your order is handled, dispatched and delivered to you.

 

ORDER PREPARATION

 

Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. Please allow the following preparation times before your order is shipped:

 

Ready-to-Wear  Dispatched within 3–5 business days

Pre-Order  Dispatched within approximately 15 days

Bespoke & Made-to-Order  Dispatched within 4 weeks

 

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, please allow a little additional time. Should there be any meaningful delay to your order, we will contact you promptly by email or telephone.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

 

Once dispatched, domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days. While we work with trusted shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays beyond our control may arise. We appreciate your patience on the rare occasions this occurs.

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, including your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

 

We are proud to ship ANITABEL pieces to clients around the world. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

We recommend familiarising yourself with your country's import regulations prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict or absorb these costs on your behalf.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

 

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, we ask that you:

 

Retain all original packaging and the damaged item(s)
Contact us at contact@anitabel.com within 3 days of receipt with a photograph and description
We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf and work swiftly to resolve the matter

 

For parcels that appear to have been lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier as a priority.
