Returns & Refunds

 

At ANITABEL, every piece is created to be cherished. Should you wish to return a purchase, we have made the process as straightforward as possible. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the following guidelines to ensure your return is handled smoothly and efficiently.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

 

We are pleased to accept returns on full-price items that meet the following conditions:

 

The item is unworn, unwashed and unaltered
All original security tags and labels remain fully intact
The item is accompanied by the original proof of purchase
Your return is dispatched within 72 hours of receiving your order
The item is received back by us within 14 days of your original delivery date

 

Regrettably, the following are non-returnable: sale items, made-to-order and personalised pieces, and pre-order items (which are eligible for exchange only).

 

HOW TO ARRANGE YOUR RETURN

 

To initiate your return, please follow the steps below:

 

Contact us at contact@anitabel.com within 72 hours of receiving your order to register your return and receive your shipping label
Pack your item carefully in its original packaging, including any dust bags, garment tags and branded materials, with your packing slip enclosed
Attach your provided label securely to the outside of the package. If returning more than one parcel, please use a separate label for each
For international returns, please also attach a signed commercial invoice to the outside of the package to facilitate customs clearance
We recommend shipping via a trusted, tracked courier — DHL, UPS or Royal Mail — as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit
Please ensure your parcel is signed for at dispatch

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

 

REFUNDS

 

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow a further 7 days for the funds to appear in your account.

 

For exchanges, please arrange a return of your original order and place a new order for your preferred size or style.

 

Please note: payments processed via PayPal are subject to a partial refund reflecting the net amount received by ANITABEL after transaction fees.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

 

We hold our craftsmanship to the highest standard. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@anitabel.com, including a photograph and description of the fault. We will arrange a return, refund or replacement at no cost to you.

 

For concerns raised after 14 days of receipt, we will review each case individually and work with you to find a suitable resolution. Please note that we are unable to offer remedies for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental misuse or items owned for more than one month.

 

SWIMWEAR & INTIMATES

 

For hygiene reasons, all swimwear and briefs must be tried on over your own underwear. Items returned with the hygiene strip removed, or that appear to have been worn, may not be accepted.
